Reba Abraham
Reba Abraham is a land use and environmental law attorney working in the Tallahassee area. She is admitted to practice both before the courts of the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Prior to relocating to Tallahassee, Reba practiced general civil litigation in Tampa and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jacqueline R. Griffin of Florida's Fifth District Court of Appeal. Reba earned her Bachelors degrees in Finance and Political Science from the University Florida in 2003, her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2006, and an LL.M. degree in Land Use and Environmental Law from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012.
Harsh Arora
Harsh Arora practices in the areas of civil litigation, arbitration, complex business and corporate transactional work at Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. He is currently SABA Florida's President and serves on its Board of Directors. Harsh is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York. Harsh has diverse work experience in other industries including hospitality, real estate and health care. Harsh received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Florida A&M University College of Law where he was selected as a Law Student Ambassador and Research Assistant for the Dean. Prior to law school, Harsh attended University of Central Florida majoring in Hospitality Management and graduated as Class Valedictorian with Honor Medallion and Magna Cum Laude Honors. He also attended the International Hotel Management Institute in Switzerland where he specialized in Hotel Operational Management and graduated with First Class Honors. He was born and raised in New Delhi, India and is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and conversational Swiss German.
Sumeet Chugani
Sumeet H. Chugani is an internationally trained attorney at the law firm of Diaz, Reus & Targ, LLP, and he currently serves as President-Elect for SABA Florida. Sumeet focuses his practice on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, as well as cross-border and commercial transactional matters. He also practices in the area of OFAC, bank secrecy laws, and money-laundering compliance and support.
Sumeet previously worked with the Harry Elias Partnership in Singapore where he handled business disputes and commercial fraud matters. Sumeet also held a position with K & L Gates LLP, where he assisted with complex commercial litigation, M&A, IP litigation, and cross-border transactions. As part of his professional development, Sumeet worked as in-house counsel for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals, where he assisted with FDA compliance matters and corporate transactions. Sumeet received his Juris Doctorate from The University of North Carolina School of Law and also holds a Graduate Certificate in International Development from the University of North Carolina. Sumeet also serves as a board member of the India-US Chamber of Commerce and as a committee member for Net-IP.
Meenakshi A. Hirani

Navin Pasem

Tara Rao
Tara Rao of The Rao Law Firm, P.L. in Lutz, Florida practices in the areas of Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Guardianship.
